PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards, and wire transfers. PayPal offers the safest anti-fraud protection for purchases made online for both the seller and buyer.  For Wire transfer instruction, please contact us by email or phone. If paid by credit card or PayPal, we will ship orders to the confirmed address, which must be the same as your billing address.    

RING SIZING

We can alter most rings to fit any size. However, some rings cannot be modified in any form. Please refer to the description for more details. Returns for any ring modified by the 3rd party will not be accepted. Please see our return policy for more information.   

SALES TAX

New York State residents who are not in the trade must pay 8.875% sales tax added to the sale price.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders shipped within the United States. All orders are shipped via second day air either by UPS, USPS or FedEx. You may request a next day air shipping for an additional $50.00. International shipping is $35 plus 2% added for Insurance.  On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and custom fees. We insure all our packages and require signature to accept deliveries. We will email you the tracking number as soon as the order is ready for shipment.

47Jewelry Inc. uses its vast knowledge to date each piece based on the materials, construction techniques, signatures and overall style and cultural context. While dating and authenticity are not a formal science, we determine them to the best of our ability based on our knowledge, experience and resources. Some of our pieces are mounted in a way that makes it difficult to determine a precise stone grading. Diamonds and colored gemstones that cannot be removed from their vintage settings without harm to the piece are evaluated in their mountings using industry-standard measurements and formulas. Unless certified by an independent lab, such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the European Gemological Laboratory (EGL), stone grading are done by us. Jewelry descriptions and all carats weights stated represent approximates; Mounted stone(s) is/are graded only insofar as mounting permits observation. Most colored gemstones (rubies, sapphires and emeralds) are often treated to enhance their beauty; some treatments may not be permanent and/or may require special care. Please email us for further details. All diamonds shown on our website are natural, untreated diamonds. We cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the item color, as the display of color depends, in part, upon the type of computer monitor used by you. Pieces could go out of stock before we’re able to remove them from the site. Should this occur, we will notify you. We make every attempt to only show our users correct information. From time to time inaccurate data may be displayed due to system error. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect pricing as a result of the above, and will not honor any incorrect prices. Under no circumstances will R&R Diamonds Inc. be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, including negligence, strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

RETURN POLICY

  1. Time Frame: You may return any item for any reason within the first 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition without any alteration.
  2. Restocking Fee: Items returned after the initial 14-day period are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  3. Deadline: No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  4. Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us fully insured with a signature required upon delivery.
  5. Documentation: Please include a copy of your receipt with the returned item.
  6. Refund Process: A refund will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect, and approve the returned item.
  7. Responsibility for Damaged, Defective, or Altered Items: We will not be responsible for items returned in a damaged, defective, or altered condition.
  8. Notification Requirement: It is imperative to notify us via email or phone before returning the item to ensure it is processed properly and returned to the correct address.
  9. Transaction Fee: Cash or credit card refunds are subject to a 3% transaction fee. However, we will waive the transaction fee for any successfully exchanged items.
  10. Installment Payment Plan: Any returned orders paid by an installment payment plan will be subject to a 10% restocking fee without exception.
